Recently, USABA made a significant update to its bylaws (https://www.usaba.org/about-us/board-of-directors-by-laws) to become more aligned with the USOPC and other NGBs. As a result, the USABA board of directors is seeking to fill positions on the board and on standing committees (Governance, Ethics, Judicial). Dear USABA Member, This past week of coronavirus news has been a whirlwind, causing disruption in our everyday lives and in the world of sports. In light of these developing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and after consultation with local organizers, health officials, and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), the USABA Northeast Regional Goalball Tournament in Westmont, New Jersey, scheduled to take place April 18-19, has been canceled.
