Players on the U.S. Men’s and Women’s Goalball Teams took some well-earned time off after winning silver and bronze, respectively, at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. Four athletes were selected to participate in the 2017 Resident Goalball Program at Turnstone Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Established in October 2015, the resident program played a significant role in the team's success on the goalball court in Rio.
