Utah Rage and VIP Sports Claim 2012 USABA National High School Championship Titles


by James Crozier, Tournament Director Twenty-Four teams from all regions of the United States converged at the campus of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind November 8th-10th, 2012, to compete for 2012 USABA National High School Goalball Championship titles.   The tournament proved to be action-packed, with a tournament field comprised of highly competitive teams.  There were many great contests boasting intense action, which contributed to an exciting event for the fans and the student-athletes involved had experiences they will never forget. Team USABA Finishes Big at 2012 IBSA World Benchpress and Powerlifting Championships


Earlier this week, Team USABA returned home from the 2012 IBSA World Benchpress and Powerlifting Championships with a few extra souvenirs in their bags-- 5 Gold medals, 8 Silver medals and 8 Bronze medals for their accomplishments at the 2012 IBSA World Benchpress and Powerlifting Championships (and Pan-American Regional Championships) held July 4-7 in Orlando, Florida. First of its Kind, Adaptive Rowing Camp… A Huge Success

A new tournament site, several new teams and all-star matches were among changes US goalball enthusiasts experienced this past weekend as the 2012 goalball season kicked off at the John Bakos/USABA Midwest Regional Goalball Tournament.
